Why this site exists
Most Predator Ridge websites belong to the resort, its developer or its partner brokerage. They're good at selling what's new. What's harder to find is an independent, plain-English explanation of every neighbourhood, every fee and every rule, including the parts that don't make for good marketing. That's what Sean set out to write.
Everything here is drawn from public sources, which are linked on each page, and from Sean's own read of the market, which is always labelled as his opinion. If something has changed, he wants to hear about it.

- REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Executives Realty in Vernon, BC
- First licensed on July 4, 2022, and licensed to trade in real estate throughout British Columbia
- Top Producer award recipient
- Started in commercial real estate, then moved to lifestyle real estate after falling in love with the Okanagan
- 40-year background in technology, which is why his sites come with calculators, maps and data rather than slogans
- Lives full-time in Okanagan Landing in Vernon, so the North Okanagan is home, not just a market
