Sean's interpretation: Predator Ridge is priced well above the North Okanagan benchmark, which you'd expect for a resort community with golf-front and view homes. With 73 listings, buyers have room to negotiate, especially on older homes that need updating. Sellers who price to the current competition and present well will do best. Condo and townhome averages here are skewed by fractional and quarter-share listings, so always compare like with like. For a price opinion on a specific home, ask Sean.

Charity golf tournament raises $373,860
The first Ronald McDonald House BC & Yukon Interior Golf Tournament, held at Predator Ridge on 17 September, raised $373,860.
Vale at Ellison Landing home featured
A 2,648 sq ft, Step Code 4 home at 822 Predator Ridge Drive, listed at $1,995,000.
Resort announces on-site real estate partnership
Predator Ridge formalized a partnership with Unison Jane Hoffman Realty to handle new and resale homes from its sales centre, citing a resale market of more than $31 million a year. This site and Sean remain independent of that arrangement.
A brokerage branch opens at the resort

Okanagan Gondola on schedule
Towers are up on the privately funded $100M project off Bailey Road. The gondola is set to open in spring 2027, with an adventure park in summer 2028.
Council rejects 580 Commonage Road project
Vernon council voted 4 to 3 against a proposal of about 3,500 homes in the Commonage south of downtown.
Showhome weekend and bike hub move

Vernon property tax up 9.33%

Vernon-made golf carts hit the courses
A new fleet built by Simolo Customs in Vernon, making Predator one of the first Canadian golf resorts to use Canadian-built carts.
Predator Ridge stays exempt from the SVT
The province confirmed the exemption back to 2024, as SVT rates rose elsewhere in the taxable area.
